• Support for hosting you own and control, if you'd rather keep your site on your own account
• Ongoing collaboration to help your website evolve alongside your work

If you expect to need an hour or more of work in a typical month, Growth Care costs less than Essential Care plus hourly.

Premium Care

$250 / month

For people who rely heavily on their website and want the highest level of proactive support.

Everything in Growth Care, plus:

• Two included hours each month for updates, improvements, or strategy (total, time does not roll over)

• Priority same-day response for urgent issues
• Updates applied safely through a staging environment first
• Quarterly website review covering performance, SEO, accessibility, and overall site health

Security Plus

+$10 / month

An optional layer of proactive protection, beyond the security monitoring already included in every plan.

• Early protection against newly discovered plugin and theme vulnerabilities, often before official patches are released
• Daily malware scanning
• Ongoing protection for all site content against A.I. scrapers
• Advanced security monitoring with detailed activity logging
• Additional WordPress hardening to close common automated attack paths

Hosting

Managed hosting is included with every care plan. For most people that's the simplest arrangement: one monthly fee, one person to ask, and no separate hosting account to think about.

If you'd rather own your hosting account directly, that works too, and your site can stay exactly where it is. Nonprofits and organizations with their own IT requirements often prefer this. On Growth Care and Premium Care, a hosting credit applies to your monthly rate. Get in touch and I'll walk you through the options.

What's Covered

Care plans cover the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, security, backups, hosting, and general health of your website.

Content edits, design changes, new features, copywriting, and other development work fall outside the scope of a care plan unless they're covered by your included monthly time. Most requests are finished within a few business days, depending on scope.
